Asset Search Pros Ethics Policy
The employees of Asset Search Pros have unanimously come to an
agreement regarding our moral and ethical standards concerning our
professional relationships. Asset Search Pros will conduct all business
activity in a professional and proficient manner to all clients. This
commitment represents the integrity of the employees of ASP. This
Standard is to be considered a baseline practice guideline for all
activities conducted under the pervue of ASP.
- ASP employees will supply professional services in agreement with local, state, and federal laws.
- ASP employees will observe, and be conscientious to the principles of honesty, integrity, and truthfulness.
- ASP employees will be honest, thorough, and principled in the fulfillment of their contracts.
- ASP employees will respect each client contract, factoring all options available within ethical means and within the limits of the law.
- ASP employees will maintain confidential information and exercise caution to prevent any unauthorized disclosure of information.
- ASP employees will avoid improper and unethical proposition of business; including false or misleading claims or advertising.
- ASP employees will use due diligence to insure that all employees and co-workers maintain this culture of ethical conduct; Conducting all activities while working within the limits of the law.
- ASP employees will never knowingly cause harm or slander the professional reputation or practice of contemporaries, clients, owners, the company, or any employee of the company.
- ASP employees will never undertake an assignment that opposes the Constitution of the United States of America or the security interests of this country.
